BlackRock funded co-working campus GoWork launches its first ever Community & Experience Management App, called ‘Engage’. With the launch of this App, the Gurgaon based co-working leader aims to offer a seamless digital experience to its community members. Engage will enable GoWork members have real time query resolution with its online concierge,enable collaborations between organizations, participation of members in community events andonline booking ofamenities such as the meeting rooms and sleeping pods, among others. Using Engage, community members can also avail members-only discounts on various brands that GoWork has collaborated with, to offer an enhanced experience to its members.

Speaking on the launch, GoWork’s CEO, Sudeep Singh said, “We have launched ‘Engage’ with a vision to offer GoWork’s community members a plethora of services at the click of a button. The idea is to make their experience even more seamless and efficient. Using Engage, team members will be able to avail an array of services exclusively available to our community and have their queries resolved by our online concierge team/helpline in record Turnaround Time. We are living in an era where large companies across sectors are relying heavily on technology to minimize human effort and maximize efficiency and GoWork’s Community App is pitted to do just that.”

The App will serve as a single window of communication between community members as well as for GoWork to share new policies and benefits with its community, on an ongoing basis. Engage willalso serve operational purposes such as on-boarding of new companies, raising and processing of invoicesand experience management at both ends.

GoWork’s Engage App will be available on Android as well as iOS Platforms.
